Robert has spent decades exploring what truly helps a human being change, not just on the surface, but at the level where beliefs, emotions and identity quietly live. Drawing on Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Cellular Intelligence Therapy and Mentoring, he brings together science, story and lived experience in a way that feels grounded rather than clinical. His calm, direct style helps people see the patterns running their lives and, more importantly, how to rewrite them with compassion instead of self-judgement. UI-Academy is his way of opening that same space of clarity and hope to anyone who feels “there must be more to me than this.”

Cecilia brings the heart of UI-Academy. With a naturally intuitive way of listening beneath the words, she has a gift for sensing what someone is really carrying and meeting it with warmth, steadiness and gentle honesty. Her background in holistic practice and energy-based work shapes the tone of the Academy, slower, kinder, and free of pressure to “perform” at healing. She believes growth should feel like coming home to yourself rather than trying to become someone else, and everything she touches here is guided by that simple question: “Will this help someone feel safer in their own skin?”
